• Follow the instructions to submit a support request. This is the FASTEST way to get a call-back.
• To get a RENEW CODE off the web
• Go to our web site, SprinkCAD.com, select "Software Renewal" from the "SUPPORT" menu in the main navigation bar across the top.
• Select the software you want to renew.
• Fill in the requested information and submit.
• For CAD and SLIC software, you'll need your Lock Key and Session Code.
• For CALC and CODE Software, you'll need your Serial Number and Session Code.

Fax Support

If you are unable to get a RENEW CODE off the web site, you can PRINT your session code and FAX it to 215-393-1333.

It is IMPERATIVE that you PRINT the session code information from the RENEW PROGRAM SCREEN. Hand-printing the information is not sufficient because the session code numbers will change if you do not PRINT them, making the RENEW CODE we send back to you invalid.

Make sure the information printed has your correct name, company name, and fax / voice phone numbers.

We will fax your RENEW CODE by the following business day.
