How is my software SHIPPED?

Shipping Procedures

This document applies to online Software purchases and does not necessarily apply to all software shipments (updates, demonstrations, or promotions).


Once your software order is confirmed, we normally ship your order on CD-ROM the following business day. We then send a confirmation of shipment to the email address you provided at the time you placed your order, including a shipment tracking number (UPS).

If there are any questions about the safe delivery of the materials, the UPS online tracking web site gives up-to-the-minute details on your shipment.
