FAQ

When do I renew my SprinkCODE software?

SprinkCAD does not charge a renewal fee for our CODE software products. Each CODE product - 1999, 2002, and 2007 to date - is purchased separately, but is allowed to be renewed indefinitely*.

To protect our software from those who might abuse our licensing agreement, licenses are renewed in ninety-day increments. When a license is about to expire, it will automatically renew itself (an internet connection is required). Licenses which have already expired will pop up a request for you to renew them manually - a fast and easy task.

* SprinkCODE software is compiled for the operating systems and hardware available at the time the software is released. We will always do our best to help our customers use our software on their systems, but cannot guarantee that software created for a 'current' code version will be compatible with equipment which was 'old' at the time the software was created or with 'new' operating systems and hardware after the passage of many years, and many new code releases.
