Renew Codes
All SprinkCAD software packages require a form of authorization. When you first install any software package, a renewal will be required. You will likely need to contact us by phone (215-393-1500 or 800-495-5541) to get a Key / Serial number.
Our newer packages have a "Web Renew" button on the renewal pop-up that will process the renewal automatically (once you have a Serial number) as long as you are connected to the internet. If not connected to the internet at that station, you can still get a code from another station that is connected, and manually insert the renew code. Software without the "Web Renew" button will still allow you to retrieve a renew code over the internet. Of course, you'll need to know your Key number.
You always have the option to fax or phone in your request for a code. We will return a code within one business day, usually sooner.
Because our software is licensed, not purchased, we will always have some form of security. However, we are committed to making that process as convenient as possible.
Important Note: Once you have renewed your license on a given computer, you should
call Support before reformatting or replacing a hard drive, installing a new operating
system, or purchasing a new system. We may require that the license be uninstalled prior to
these changes. Otherwise we may assess a fee to reinstate a license on a new or modified
computer.
Only we can uninstall a license! You MUST CALL first.
