How is my PAYMENT processed?
Payment Processing
This document applies to online Software and Training purchases using a credit card. If you have chosen to issue a Purchase Order or have placed your order by phone, this information does not apply to you.
We use the secure payment processing service "Veri-Sign" for all online credit card purchases. Your credit card is not charged until the transaction is fully confirmed between Veri-Sign's and SprinkCAD's computers. There is no chance of a partial transaction resulting in an erroneous charge to your account! You will see the initial confirmation on your browser screen, and then an email is sent to the address you provide.
All credit card information is securely handled by Veri-Sign, and is not stored or processed on our servers. Your security is guaranteed by a leading provider of online credit transactions.
Once your software order is confirmed, we receive notification from Veri-Sign and your
software is normally shipped on CD-ROM the following business day.
When purchasing Training, your seat in the chosen class is automatically reserved when
the confirmation notice goes out.
