SprinkCAD has implemented password-protected access to the downloads and documentation areas of the website. To access these pages, simply use the site menus normally. When you attempt to reach a page that is protected, a LOGIN screen will appear.

If you already have a username/password, enter them and you will proceed to the downloads area. Use the menus to navigate normally. Your username/password will remain effective while your browser is open.

If you do not have a username/password, select the REGISTER link, fill out the required information, and submit. We will review the information and send you an email (you must provide a valid email address) notifying you that you have been approved for access, normally within one hour during normal business hours. Return to our site and login as described above.

If you forget your password, the login screen contains a FORGOT PASSWORD link. Provide your USERNAME and submit. Your login details will be sent to the email address on file.

Should your email address, phone number, or any other information change, login to the site by accessing the downloads area, then use the EDIT PROFILE option to change your personal information.

If you forget your username, you will need to send an email to Membership@SprinkCAD.com with the subject "Forgot Username". You must include a contact phone number, your first and last name, your company name and address. If possible, include your license serial number.
